The Containment Module (hereinafter MC®) is a prefabricated piece made of reinforced concrete in the form of “L”, whose long section has a rough finish and serves as support for the piece.
There are several types of cobblestones in the market depending on their geographical location, customs, etc. Traditionally, they have been made of stone, often granite, but ceramic and concrete can also be manufactured.

The MC® Containment Module is a simple prefabricated “L” shaped that is used as a retaining wall and has very varied dimensions to fit each specific situation.
The 4S BLOCK® Paver is a prefabricated vibro-pressed concrete cobble that has a design adapted to the structural work to which it will be subjected as these elements connect to each other in all four directions.

Our construction solutions comply with the “CTE”
In the manufacturing phase and during the subsequent execution of our products, we strictly adhere to the “CTE” and to what its Basic DB Documents dictate, as an example: the DB SE of Structural Safety, the SUA DB of Safety of Use and Accessibility, etc…

The two products that we currently sell, MC® and 4S BLOCK®, have had an improvement and development processes through which they reached the current conception.

Mitlan is already working to implement BIM technology in the manufacturing and execution of its products in close contact with a consulting firm that operates in the sector.
International expansion
Mitlan is currently immersed in an internationalization process, through collaboration agreements for the manufacture and distribution of the MC® and 4S BLOCK® construction systems.
